About the Listing Agent

A Massachusetts native of 55 years, Wendy has worked extensively in Marketing and Sales throughout MA & New England communities. While growing up in Wilbraham, MA in a family of six (two brothers & a sister) she tagged along with her Dad while he did real estate appraisals & later through the 1980's as President @ Monarch Life Insurance Real Estate Division where he partnered with many joint ventures including World Trade Center Boston, Monarch Place, Springfield & Marina Bay, Quincy, MA and many others throughout the USA. In 1985 she graduated Minnechaug High School and attended Suffolk University while working as a dockworker at Marina Bay. In 1986 she was recruited into the real estate office where she obtained her agents license in 1987 & brokers license a year later. She was responsible for selling new construction townhomes & (2) high rise condominium Class A construction buildings. 4 years later she had closed on $67 million. Next she served as VP of Operations for Lincoln Real Estate and Statewide Real Estate School in Hingham from 1990 to 1993. Among many duties she was also a certified instructor for MA real estate licensing courses. Looking for a new challenge she switched careers and worked in Advertising Sales.
