Rooms available in a 2nd floor Duplex
Hi Alll! My current roomates are off to new adventures so I'm looking for 2 new students/young female professionals to share the space for 9/1 ASAP! Only need to provide first and last. I'm currently employed full time and finishing my masters in... Business Analytics, female mid-20s. I split my time between school and work (There’s no time for anything else ðŸ˜). I'm on the clean/quiet side but don’t mind socializing. The apartment is a sunny 3 bed, 1.5 bath on a quiet side street in Somerville/East Cambridge area, a 5-10 min walk from Target, Star Market shopping plaza, the green line, and Cambridge St restaurants and coffee shops. There is a huge modern kitchen including dish washer, central air, in unit laundry, hard wood floors and a back patio that we share with the downstairs neighbors. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for a queen bed and work from home setup as well as natural light. MIT is around a 25 minute walk away and blue bikes are available close by. No pets and no smoking, water and garbage included, we pay ~$100 each per month for gas, electric, and wifi depending on the time of the year. Looking for people who don’t mind the apartment being on the cooler side.
