Myrtle Street on top of the Hill

The unit has three rooms in a floor-through configuration. All rooms and the hallway have hardwood floors. Each room has a lockable door and each room has a double-wide closet storage. All windows have honeycomb shades.
The smallest room is an office... or (child) bedroom with one large window.
The second room is a bedroom with two triple pane windows viewing trees at the back property. The third room is a large living room or bedroom with three windows and a view of roofs of town homes on Myrtle Street.
The unit is on the fourth floor admitting much light. Yes, portion of a floor curves a bit as most Beacon Hill floors do. Real gas lights on the street.
Whole Foods store is less than 3 minutes walk to Cambridge St. Within the five minute radius is the State House, Public Garden, Mass General Hospital, Red Line T, and the City Hall (issuing resident parking stickers).

The condo has five units, one per floor. Condo is 30 something years old and has copper water pipes. Each unit has a smoke detector powered continuously from the basement control unit. Stairway has smoke detectors as well.
