Lots of noise in the apartment coming from upstairs unit. Otherwise it's a good apartment. Sometimes it takes time for work orders to get resolved.

I’ve really been enjoying the lounge area. It’s quickly become my go-to spot for studying. The space is comfortable, quiet, and has a really relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to stay focused for long periods of time. There’s plenty of seating and good lighting, which makes it perfect for getting work done without feeling cramped or distracted.

I renewed my lease at Market Central because it’s an excellent location and the team truly makes living here easy. The leasing staff is always polite—John and Brendon are fantastic and consistently help with any questions whenever I call, with quick resolutions. Concierge is welcoming and kind, and the maintenance team has been reliable and helpful. I also love the community events—they add a great sense of neighborhood. This is my second year here, and I’ve had a really positive experience... overall.
