Jade is a great place to live, especially with the bourgeoning apartment community around it. It provides luxury amenities at a much more affordable price than what most of us are used to.

Clean and nice apartment. Close to Commuter Rail, SL3 bus, Market Basket, TJmaxx, TMobile. Multiple food places around. Multiple residential complexes around, so it feels safe. Really good amenities. Everything for a good price.

Jade management is easy to work with and helpful, the building is thoughtfully designed with great amenities and easy access to the Chelsea bus station and commuter rail (1 stop/10-15 mins away from downtown). My neighbors are quiet and respectful, it seems to be mostly grad students and young working professionals which is great! So far I have really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend.
