Housing Community for Male International Students, Scholars & Researchers
Now accepting applicants for Winter & Summer 2025 & 2025-26 academic year! We have a few spots available. Find a home away from home. The International Fellowship House (IFH) is a residence for about twenty male international students,... scholars, and researchers from across the globe. We are a welcoming and diverse community that provides a place for international students and researchers to excel at their work, build life-long friendships, and engage in thoughtful conversations. The IFH has provided this unique home away from home opportunity for over 50 years in a lovely brownstone located in Boston’s historic Back Bay. There are 10 dorm-style shared resident rooms and 4 shared bathrooms. The main floor is a community space that includes a living room, study, dining room, and resident kitchen. As more than just a lodging house, this unique community shares dinner together, goes on trips each semester, and does other events throughout the year. Dinners are provided Monday through Friday at no additional charge, along with breakfast groceries throughout the week. These food options are an amazing benefit of living at the IFH and are included in the monthly rent charges. The IFH does require residents to participate in various chores to help the community run smoothly, but the load is much lighter with so many helping out.
