Large, light-filled, gabled, fully furnished room on 2d floor of Victorian... home in the center of town, short walk from MBTA commuter rail. Central heat and AC, 2d floor laundry. shared light kitchen use, shared full and half-baths, linens supplied, separate driveway, dry storage space in basement. Professional bi-weekly cleaning. We have two dogs, one elderly, one young. Both about 50 lbs. Patio, fully fenced yard. Public library with multiple conference rooms is 2 minute walk.

Short walk to MBTA, coffee shop, restaurants, library, short drive to Rte 95. Sharon is halfway between Providence and Boston, 25 min. commute to either. It has a lovely lake, great for cycling, trails, Audubon, conservation land.

Home is quiet and clean but not uptight. Rent includes all utilities and internet, linens, bi-weekly professional cleaning. Housemate responsible to do own laundry, shovel out own driveway, clean up after self in kitchen. No overnight guests without express permission. No drugs, smoking, parties.
