The convenient locations in walking distance and public transportation nearby. The amenities and the community center are awesome save me monies on gym membership!

I want to give it 0 stars.
If you plan to live here, please throw away your two months' rent. They do not refund the deposit and last month's rent.

Hello,
We understand that you had a negative experience and we would like to help if we can as there might be a misunderstanding. Depending on what early lease termination option you chose, you might be responsible for rent until the end of November... or until the apartment is re-rented to a new tenant. A refund will be issued to you within 30 days of the new lease end date. We want to make sure we can work together to make sure this process is understood. To speak with someone on our team, please call us at (617) 738-1533 or send us a message at dexterpark@thehamiltoncompany.com so we may reach out to you directly to expedite the process.
Thanks,
Dexter Park

Concierge? Non-existent - they're never there, and if they are, they're watching a movie on their phones with headphones in. No security whatsoever - anyone can walk in without even providing their name. In terms of noise, college students are constantly vomiting in hallways, leaving trash bags (FULL, STINKY trash bags) outside their doors because they're too lazy to walk to the trash shoot. The apartments are fairly sized, but dingy. They also have a recurring rodent problem. I hated living... here and urge you to NEVER live here either. The nice location is nowhere near enough to redeem this place.

The building is an superb location. It has worked out well for me. The train stop is two blocks away and the train ride is only 20 minutes to Boston. The building also comes equipped with a gym which suits my needs and a concierge desk that notifies you when my packages have been delivered.

Hello Cassidy,
Thank you for your feedback and I do apologize that you have been experiencing this issue. I see in our system that we had one pest control request in mid-February and beyond that we did not receive any other notice that the issue was... persisting. I have gone ahead and scheduled with our Maintenance team to go to your unit and discuss any continued issues with you further so we can properly schedule additional treatments. It is always our goal to provide our tenants with a clean and comfortable living space and I want to let you know that we are in the process of changing our pest control company so that we can provide the utmost, effective service. In the future, please contact me directly at: Rangelo@thehamiltoncompany.com / 617-783-1533
Best regards,
