Cheerful, intelligent roommate wanted for spacious Victorian shared house w/massive porch, large yard, and working fireplace on a tree-lined street 6 min walk to the Red Line in Dorchester. Reasonable rent: washer/dryer, ac, Fiber internet, and... utilities included in rent, some shared staples. No pets, no smokers.

1 off-street parking space available for an additional $75/month. On-street parking available with resident sticker.

COVID: seasonal masking may be required depending on infection rates.

We're tech geeky with a sprinkling of crafters, musicians, writers, and 1 rower. We like fantasy, sci-fi films, and books. LGBTQA and SCA welcome. Attached picture: our favorite lounge area filled with our favorite things: games, a computer, and books.

You are mature (grad students welcome) and community-minded.

If initial interview satisfies yourself as well as current roommates and landlady, we'll tell you the rent amount and invite you over.
