After completing over 10,000 rentals throughout her career—with an annual average of 600 to 1,000 and leading a team of up to 12 people—Nicole has shifted her focus to buyer and seller representation. The systems and standards she developed through her extensive rental experience have become benchmarks for operational excellence, shaping agent-led discussions regionally and company-wide.
