1 Bedroom apartment for lease (For female undergrad or graduate university student) close to station

Starting with the kitchen, the apartment includes a fully functioning kitchen with several kitchen utensils and appliances included, such as: pots, pans, bowls, mugs/cups, glass trays for cooking/baking. The kitchen also includes a working stove,... oven, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven, as well as a coffee maker. It also includes a working dishwasher and sink, with plenty of storage space under the sink, as well as a trash can and plenty of drawers and cabinets for storing appliances. In the kitchen you can also find a small table with 4 chairs and three overhead cabinets (1 per tenant), along with the cabinets, each tenant can choose their own small fridge (with an additional overhead cabinet for snack/pantry storage). The 3 small fridges are found in the laundry room, where the recycling bin, washer and dryer, and a ladder can be found. In the laundry unit, there is a door that leads to a back porch with stairs that lead to the trash/dumpster area of the apartment building. Outside on the back porch, you can find a small built-in picnic table with built-in benches/chairs. Back inside the apartment unit, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a stand-in shower. Though small, the bathroom, more specifically, the shower, is very spacious and includes built-in shelves (1 per tenant) to store shower stuff (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Next to the toilet is a sink and a cabinet with built-in shelves (usually 1 per tenant) for even more storage. The shower also includes a small wastebasket and lot's of hooks to hang towels or robes. In addition to the kitchen, laundry unit, and bathroom, the apartment unit includes a common room area/living room area. The common room area includes one sofa couch and two plush sofa chairs along with a table, and a large flat-screen TV. In the bedroom you will find a small smart TV with WiFi included in the monthly rent. Also in the bedroom you can find a large queen bed with a provided mattress (you will have to bring your own sheets, blankets, covers/duvets, pillows, etc), along with a sliding mirror closet (with plenty of space to hang clothes, store shoes, and shelves for even more clothes and storage). Also in the bedroom, you can find a large window facing the back porch with blinds and a quarter curtain/fringe, including a built-in desk and an office chair. The bedroom has a large mirror with a surplus amount of storage space, including two shelved cabinets, and plenty of drawers and shelves for storing clothing and other necessities. The bedroom also has a total of 5 power outlets (1 of them being under the built-in desk). Lastly, included in the bedroom is a built-in AC unit. Near the entrance of the apartment unit, you will find a small door to the gas meter/boiler, as well as an ironing-board (found in the kitchen), and some hooks to hang up jackets or apartment keys. A small detail to note is each tenant will receive their own pairs of keys, 1 of them for the front entrance of the apartment building, 1 for the entrance to the apartment unit, and a third key to use for your bedroom door (if you so choose). The apartment unit also has a thermostat you can use to lower or raise the temperature, as well as a smoke detector in the common room, and 1 smoke detector in each bedroom.
